RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be happy with your purchase and we take great pride in our reputation for quality. All Goods are quality controlled and double checked one by one before being dispatch to you. Our Return Policy applies to any item purchased at the markets, shop or online store. Please read our policy and choose carefully before making a purchase as we DO NOT refund/exchange for change of mind.
Please note that we DO NOT offer exchanges, credit notes or refunds on SALE or PROMOTIONAL items if you change your mind or it’s not the right fit. This includes flash sales and discount codes. WE DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGE OR REFUND ON SALE ITEMS.
Under Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement on final sale items if you change your mind. This includes a change of mind with regards to color, size, and fit. Please note that if you send a sale item back to us, it will be returned to you.
PLEASE EMAIL email@example.com to process your exchange. No exchange will be accepted without prior contact via email.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases or incorrect decision/fit. If an item simply does not fit, it is considered a change of mind return and cannot be refunded. We offer only credit notes. We will provide you with an exchange or credit note if The Garment is the wrong size for full priced items only where The Garment meets the following:
The Garment must be in original condition-unworn, unwashed, not damaged with all tags still attached.
The Garment must be in their original packaging.
The Garments are returned within 7 days of purchase date.
The original invoice as proof of purchase is provided.
We reserve the right to deny exchanges if the garment isn't in the above conditions - it will be returned to you. All exchange items will undergo a quality control check, which ensures all clothing have been received in its original condition. All exchanges will be at your own expenses meaning you are to include a return prepaid postal satchel for us to send you your exchange item in. We need you to send items back to us via Registered Post. ESMERALDA THOMSON takes no responsibility for lost parcels. We also do not offer refunds, only credit notes.
Your credit note is valid for 3 months from the date your return order is received.
If you would like to make an exchange please go to the main menu and click on 'RETURNS'. If we do not hear from you within 2 days of delivery of the item, we will not be able to process your exchange anymore.
All items purchased from the ESMERALDA THOMSON Online Store or at the markets may only be exchanged and processed back through the ESMERALDA THOMSON Online Store.
Note: Shipping charges will not be refunded.
